Communication is atrocious. Your wait time- regardless of an oil change or repair is outrageous. I had my vehicle in on 12/18/23. I was told a part would be ordered and an engineering case opened. They have also been unable to reach the service center. Total customer service failure. More

Very slow/over booked every time I come. I could not help getting tires off the car. Could not provide new locks-told I don’t know when we will get them. Had to buy from another Kia Dealer I could not help getting tires off the car. Could not provide new locks-told I don’t know when we will get them. Had to buy from another Kia Dealer then go somewhere else (different vendor) to do a tire rotation because the other Kia dealer could not honor the non-national service maintenance agreement. Charging me over $100 to change a light bulb is outrageous. A good portion of those charges were hidden fees like “Miscellaneous fees” and “document and storage fee”.
