I'm assuming they did what they were suppose to but when I picked my truck up it had a bunch of white mud looking stuff all over it. I called and spoke to mark about it and he asked me to come back in and s I picked my truck up it had a bunch of white mud looking stuff all over it. I called and spoke to mark about it and he asked me to come back in and speak to Liz to have my car detailed on the outside. I came back and I never spoke to Liz because Tony said he would take care of it. I waited for my car to be done which was very fast since mark Told me it would take about 45 mins. When I looked at my car it still had white stuff underneath it and when I mention it to Tony he said that they just took a brush and got under there real quick. I said mark said it would be detailed and he stated that the retailers don't really make much off of detailing so they just did real quick and I was already pissed because I had just spent money detailing my car so I just left and I went and had my car detailed again on Wednesday which I shouldn't have had to do. I really don't want to come there for service again because according to everyone I spoke with they have no way of avoiding that's nasty gravel dirt or whatever it is and I'm not ok with that. I should be compensated or given a detail for having to spend money detailing my car again. More
Dan the sales rep went above and beyond to take care of my spouse and me. We had a specific need that needed to be addressed with getting into the car for spouse as she has had numerous surgeries, and the my spouse and me. We really appreciate his hard work and are extremely satisfied with Greenway Kia West. More
