Did not disclose full charges when asked questions about the service we were told. When I explained to the sales member, Vanessa Hoad (who was outstanding), that I never purchase on my first visit to a dealership. I finally had to give him an imposible demand for me to say yes on the car we were looking at before he departed to get my car key he was holding so my wife and I could depart. He ignored half of my demand returned with an offer for a different vehicle my wife and I had not looked at nor wanted. We chose to return and purchase BECAUSE of how open, honest, and sincere Vanessa Hoad was. If not for her I would have never returned. I will never return nor give them any additional service, to include my first "complementary oil change". My KIA was delivered with air pressure in the tires exceeding the max pressure on door info sticker by 20psi and tire manufacturers absolute max operating temperature by 4psi. Creating a road safety hazard for myself and others. More
