They are making false promises that wind up costing their customers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. We purchased a hybrid minivan from here in June 2023. During negotiations we discussed the charger cable, which they claimed the vehicle had but then they couldn’t find it. The manager on duty told us “Don’t worry about it. We will get you one.” Since we purchased the vehicle, I have called once a week asking for an eta on the charger. Today, this female manager on duty told me, “We don’t have to get you one. You need to buy it yourself,” and hung the phone up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! More

I have to say the sales person, was amazing! he did a great job and i was very pleased with my purchased. Extremely unprofessional company. Managers seem to do whatever they can to ignore customers even after they reach out for feedback. I set up an appointment to look at a new 2023 Kia Forte Gt-line on the morning of June 19th after calling to confirm they had the vehicle less than an hour prior to arriving. We arrive and are set up with a new salesman (Maher). Told him we were looking specifically for the 2023 Kia forte Gt-line and explained we had called prior to confirm they had it. He said they indeed have the car and would bring it around. Apon first glances it seemed to check out to be a Gt-line. Maher confirmed it was a Gt-line when we first took a look at the car. After drawing up the numbers another family came in to look at the same vehicle which they only had one of. Apparently there was some mix up of the keys with the other salesman and Maher frantically went off to figure it out. He came back and said everything was handled. At the time of the test drive the vehicle had no red pin stripe. Then after we went through with signing it Maher took the car to fill up and wash. When he came back there was a red pinstripe. Which we felt was weird with how little time he had been gone. He also never brought up that it would be added to the vehicle after signing. I had stated numerous times that I wanted the Gt-line trim specifically. It was confirmed to me that the vehicle I had chosen to move forward with was a Gt-line. Then just a few days after taking the car home I notice it says GT when looking up other insurance policies. So I took it to a different dealership who confirmed the car was a GT and not the Gt-line I had asked for. Extremely disappointing after the struggle it was just to get the car. I received an email from the general manager ( Alberto Ahumada ) asking about my experience. I explained the exact situation to him. He responded that he would get back to me the next day which he never did. It’s now been 5 days of calling and sending emails with no response. Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely not a way to run a company. In conclusion I am still awaiting to hear back. I will adjust this review as needed based on the feedback the dealership provides me. More
Dropped my daughter's Kia Sorento off for a seat repair (seat would not move back) and plugs/coil replacement. Could not get in touch with a service advisor for a week, no call backs nothing. The mechanic who was working on the vehicle had an emergency which required him to miss work and the service advisor did not inform me the Sorrento was going to be late which I fully understand as family emergencies are unavoidable, however he did inform me of the additional amount of money it would take to fix a vacuum leak. Long story short no contact for a week, no progress on repairs, had to swing by in person and talk with the service manager before receiving any response, and was not comfortable with the service department even working on the vehicle. We agreed to adjust the seat to my daughter's height when the vehicle was ready. When I received word over ten days past the promise date the car was ready for pickup (had dealership halt repairs to get the Sorrento back in a timely manner and the outrageous quotes) my daughter and I left our jobs early, gave the service department a heads up we we're on our way and confirmed that the seat could be adjusted. We show up and are informed the seat could not be adjusted, went on ahead and payed for the diagnostic. The Sorrento was running worse than when we dropped it off, there were branches on the vehicle, the seat was not put back together, outside vehicle was dirty, and oil was low. Manager states don't know where that branch came from we don't have trees like that, guess he didn't look up. There was no care, consideration or competance present with anyone at the Service department. Do not have your KIA worked on by Greenway KIA west, anywhere but there. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time and money. More
I visited Kia Greenway West in Orlando on Saturday, May 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Juan Villafane helped me with the test drive as well as preliminary numbers because I was sold on the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. I am a well qualified buyer with a credit score of nearly 800, a high paying career and minimal debt. I would qualify for any of the programs KIA had to offer. I visited Greenways website and filled out a question form for my trade in. I was trading in a 2010 Mercedes C300. I kept in touch with Juan throughout the week and let him know I would bring my vehicle on Friday, May 26, 2023 after work. As arranged I brought my car in to be inspected and after we would go over the numbers. The numbers we discussed were based on my internet price of $444 per month. Juan agreed to that price with $5000 cash down on May 20th via text message. The internet offer for my trade in was $5561 but after Juan consulted the person he referred to as his manager they now offered $4561 and $465 per month but now they wanted $7000 cash down! I told Juan I was not interested in that offer. He walked away to consult people huddled around a counter top and then came back with his “manager” who proceeded to call me a liar about my Mercedes. He accused me of lying about being in an accident with the car. I told him we were through talking after being called a liar. I told the manager I would take my business to a different dealership. The manager had the audacity to insult me further by yelling at me to go to another dealership and be "honest" about my vehicle. I told him I was done talking and proceeded to leave. The manager followed me out to my car in a very threatening manner and got in my face telling me something about the hood of my car being misaligned. I told him the discussion was over as far as I am concerned. He proceeded to tear up the deal in front of me and I got in my car and left. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Juan was great and deserved the sale. This “manager” cost Juan his commission and I would be shocked if I was the only one this manager has done this to. If you’re in the market for a KIA, go anywhere other than this dealership. It is toxic! More
