Customer service was good, can’t remember my helpers name, he was very professional. However, money was stolen from my vehicle. After services were rendered, my car w was good, can’t remember my helpers name, he was very professional. However, money was stolen from my vehicle. After services were rendered, my car was halfway washed, and I noticed that money was stolen from my vehicle. I brought it to the service attendant as well as the manager, whose name I can’t remember, but she was very helpful and understanding. The day started off good, however, after the money episode, I was very disappointed and would not return to this dealership again, especially knowing I can’t leave personal items in my own car. More

I have been here 3 times in 4 Days and they have made my time waiting comfortably and worth my time. I have a 3 year old and and a 3 month old and they offered snacks and even a private office to nurse the baby! I live an hour and 15 minutes from this dealership and I do not mind coming back bc they are very accommodating. We bought the used 2016 Sorento we came in to view and even traded our old car for a new Forte! They made buying 2 cars with 2 kids a breeze! Thank you Orlando Kia West! More

Worst Buying Experience Ever We arrive at the dealer, review the cars, gave our data and reach and agreement regarding a vehicle. Because it was 10:00 pm on Saturday, February 17t We arrive at the dealer, review the cars, gave our data and reach and agreement regarding a vehicle. Because it was 10:00 pm on Saturday, February 17th, they asked us to come back on Monday in order to sign the financial papers, supposedly a simple formality. Sin we already had an agreement they printed a provisional license plate, we contracted the insurance policy ans they gave us the car. On Monday, February 19th, I arrive to the dealer around 1:00 p.m., the asked me to have a sit and wait a little bit for the papers to be completed, I wait for around another hour and told the sales man, Yakir Rukman, that I was going to have some lunch and come back afterwards. When I got back the salesman started to ask questions about my income, it was strange to me since we already had a deal and I though everything regarding the financial was covered. After about 30 minutes Mr. Rukman returned and told me that the bank rejected the deal and, in order to keep the car, we have to pay an additional $ 4,000.00 as down payment. I told him that I did not understood, the deal was already set, we had the car, the registration, the insurance, everything and I also told me that they lead me to think that I was there only to sign the financial papers and we were not pending on any approval. We got into and ague and basically they tried to strong arm me into a deal that was impossible for me, at the end I requested my money to be reimbursed and we return the car. At this point all the sales persons involved in the transaction disappeared, none of the showed their face, the only decent guy that sat with us and took care of the whole closing process was Mr. Gerald Brierre to whom we are grateful. The worst buying experience I have ever had in my life. More
