Worst experience at a dealership period! Showed up with a appointment to look at used CPO Kia Soul(s), after looking at used units on lot. I decided a new 2016 Kia Soul base pkg w/ auto was b Showed up with a appointment to look at used CPO Kia Soul(s), after looking at used units on lot. I decided a new 2016 Kia Soul base pkg w/ auto was best fit for me. Went in to dealership, sat down and gave all info requested. Asked my sales consultant and Alberto my sales manager to please NOT submit my credit to banks, but to just (soft) run to get a ball-park credit number, so we could agree on numbers prior to submitting credit to a actual bank. However, they did submit, without any regard for my request. We then started negotiating, which is common at any dealership. So first, they worked from a number that was $4,999 above msrp, then added incorrect information about TAG and Rates. When asked time and time again to correct they did not. So we worked down to a number which was still not satisfactory for me and they still insisted after countless work they would sell the car for no less that invoice $17,950 +++ on a $18,370 MSRP Soul after rebate. Which makes not sense, so I gave all paperwork back and left. No one came to see me off, just gave me a cold shoulder for leaving without buying at a ludicrous price. (Long story short, took a short 45min drive to Merritt Island where I arrived a Fuccillo Kia, where I was treated very professionally and courteously in a timely manor. I was there for 20 minutes before I agreed to a excellent number which me and the dealership agreed. I could not be happier with the staff over at Fuccillo Kia for their hard work and effort to restore my effort in a dealership. More

Poor after the sale service. No follow up if you try to email or call, don't hold your breath for a response. My payment and percentage went up on Monday after spending 4 hours on Sunday at the dealership I took the car home. Now I'm invested in it. This Seems to be a common theme with this store. Why didn't the finance department advise of the possible increase in payment and percentage before I left on Sunday? The only positive I can say about the West location is the service department took care of a issue for me. More

The moment you leave the lot you are trash to them We bought two cars from Orlando Kia West in a week. You would think that would mean you would get a little respect when the deal is done. As we were about to get in the first Soul and leave I noticed a chip in the door handle. The sales rep was justifiably bother by this and he promised it would be taken care of the "next day" that they would call us. It's MONTHS later. We were told there was a referral check, even silly things like a stuffed hamster were promised to us. NOTHING. I have called multiple times trying to get help, I have every excuse imaginable. Apparently they don't use computers because someone always has to go "look something up" to see where that check is. When asked why they haven't called us about fixing the door they responded with "Well we were waiting for you to come down". WHAT? So we should randomly just come on down not knowing if you even have the part? When I emailed service to see if they had they part they asked for the VIN then NOTHING. The person went on maternity leave and didn't even bother to have someone respond to her emails. Then I got some "Customer Service Manager" who said he was going to "take care of it all". He acted interested, he gave me some story about how the shop was being refurbished and now this was the reason they hadn't done anything. He said wait a week. Another month passes. Today I get my registration asking me to renew tags and guess what......they haven't even changed my registration. So now I am driving around in a car for three months with plates that technically belong on a different car. What I call tonight CHARLIE does what he does best, he pretends to listen then put me on hold but not until after saying "okay buddy". I am not your buddy, I am a paying customer and you should treat me as such. ALL I want is for them to do what they say they will. More
