horrible customer service I drove from Daytona to Orlando and it was a complete waste of time. I called before going to confirm that they were offering over the Kelly blue boo I drove from Daytona to Orlando and it was a complete waste of time. I called before going to confirm that they were offering over the Kelly blue book price they said yes but never said I had to purchase a brand new vehicle. They then offered me less than Carmax and less than the Blue book value. I then decided I wanted to look at used cars to purchase a second vehicle and the salesperson wouldn't even walk out on the lot with us. She pointed us across the street and walked away. She was very pushy in trying to run my credit because she didn't want to waste her time if it wasn't going to be approved. which i felt was very judgmental and unprofessional. I actually used to work at a car dealership so i'm very familiar with the business and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I was very unsatisfied when i left and ended up going to Daytona Automall and they were wonderful, not too pushy and found exactly what we were looking for.!! They actually insisted we find something we like before we run our credit which is exactly how the process goes. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. More

Money for them.They have no clue on the process to take advantage of any special service you may require that you paid into. Extended service warranty, service packages, GAP insurance, etc. Their job is to make the sale and for you to move on with your life. Don't turn back for any questions. That's asking way too much. Your messing with their commission they can try suck out of someone else by wasting their time dealing with you. You already been sold. There's no money in you for them to take any more. Knowledgeable but not helpful To begin with, I responded to a solicitation to test drive a car at this dealership. I wasn't even in the market for a new car. I gave ALL my information including credit score, current outstanding car loan and the maximum payment I was willing to make. I was assured we could work with that information. I got to the dealership right on time for my appointment. The sales associate could not be found. The waiting area was just a bunch of customers sitting at tables. All kind of employees walking around...Finally after waiting 20 minutes, the salesperson I had an appointment with showed up. Again went over details what I was interested in buying. The salesperson was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the different models, features, etc. Test drive went good and I was ready to buy. We came down to the figures, sitting at a table in the lobby with no privacy giving out personal information with other customers right there. Then the figures ended up over $200 per month what I had previously made clear was my maximum amount. I was offered prior to arrival $8,000.00 over KBB for my trade in. However they only offered me $6,000 over KBB. I still was not happy with what would be my monthly payments and was ready to leave when the salesperson then began getting sarcastic. He said he could sell me a used car which I made clear I already own a used care that I am more than happy driving for at least another couple of years. Again the salesperson was sarcastic and I was more than ready to leave. The salesperson actually got up and left the table before I did. Needless to say, in another couple years when I am ready to buy a new car, I will not be going to this dealer again. More
