One stop shop. This was the one and only dealership I visited (physically) while searching for my new car. I had done my research online though, so I already knew what I wanted. Asli Bayazit was the internet sales person handling my case. She was a straight-shooter, and to the point. We test drove a couple of cars, but I really only needed to drive the one I was looking for - a Turbo Optima SX. After we negotiated a fair price, I informed her that I was in a bit of a hurry, as I had an appointment to make out of town. Asli worked quickly to finalize the deal, which I appreciated. I can't say the same for the finance guy, as he was the only one working there that day and appeared to be quite busy. I wonder what Asli thought of me as a customer, because I was quick to decide on a car, and I wanted a very quick sale. I think she might like to have more customers like me. More

Good but frustrating This was my third new Kia in 5 years from this dealership, and overall I find them the best Kia dealer in my area; but their sales process is painfull This was my third new Kia in 5 years from this dealership, and overall I find them the best Kia dealer in my area; but their sales process is painfully slow (after the decision was made for an outright cash purchase, it still to over 5 hours to complete the paperwork, and a 2nd trip back later in the day to pick up the car). Follow up is not great. I have been waiting since the end of June (6 weeks) for a promised return of an overpayment of $400. Still hasn't happened, but I'm told it will! More
