Very high pressure sales I made a huge mistake - I was promised one payment amount on a Sunday and I took the new car home with a promise that if things did not work out I cou I made a huge mistake - I was promised one payment amount on a Sunday and I took the new car home with a promise that if things did not work out I could have my Escape back - the following day after my appointment with my cardiologist I stop in to sign all the paperwork - I was in tears - my payment skyrocketed more than $100 - I was verbally beaten up about warranties - these cars do not come with 100,000 mile warranties unless you pay for it - all I wanted was my Escape back and to go home - that did not happen and now I am struggling with astronomical car payments for a car my dogs can't get into with 5 more years to go. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS WOMAN OR THIS DEALERSHIP More

I had appointment Asli Bayazit who I must say very personable and friendly . The only thing that bother me she didn't not clarify the car trade process. I was a customer with limited means and Asli was very patient along with the finance Manager David Andrews who was able to accommodate my needs as a customer . I appreciate the patience with the both of them . Asli help find a great reliable car and David Andrews work a deal with me that I was satisfied with . I purchase 2014 Chevrolet Malibu at this dealership and what amazed me was everyone was smiling and friendly . Great environment ! More

She was very patient and had a pleasant demeanor. David was concise and thorough. His job as a finance manager is to upsell but yet I never felt pressured at any moment. The reason I came into the dealership is because we came to terms on price over the internet, but when the manager saw the price agreed on, he would not accept it, and to me it’s a matter of principle, this is the only thing I was disappointed about.
