Worse experience ever!!!!! This dealership is the worse dealership. I drove 3 hours to be told that the car was sold. I called before and was told the car was there. Three diffrent peoe tod me three diffrent things about when the car was sold. I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. No class what so ever. Also the prices are not consistent. One day the price was 15480 then two days later it would go up to 16480, then to 18480. This dealership is baiting people in. Also for it to be sold, it's still on the website forsale! More

Good but frustrating This was my third new Kia in 5 years from this dealership, and overall I find them the best Kia dealer in my area; but their sales process is painfull This was my third new Kia in 5 years from this dealership, and overall I find them the best Kia dealer in my area; but their sales process is painfully slow (after the decision was made for an outright cash purchase, it still to over 5 hours to complete the paperwork, and a 2nd trip back later in the day to pick up the car). Follow up is not great. I have been waiting since the end of June (6 weeks) for a promised return of an overpayment of $400. Still hasn't happened, but I'm told it will! More

The dealers scam people I came to the dealer and look a car that was mark online as 4,688. I had my print out of the vin plus price. A sales rep came to the lot ask me if I I came to the dealer and look a car that was mark online as 4,688. I had my print out of the vin plus price. A sales rep came to the lot ask me if I wanted to take the car for a test drive and I did. once I came back to the dealer the price of the car was jacked up on line for 8,000. I ask and showed the sales rep my info on the car. He told me it was not the same one. Once I showed him the vin he said it had to be the office made a mistake, and came back with a ridiculist price. Don't waste your time at this dealer they are Scam Artist. More
