I don’t feel like my car was completely serviced. I had asked for a few things to be looked at and it wasn’t done and also I was told oil change and tire rotation was complementary for the first time I had asked for a few things to be looked at and it wasn’t done and also I was told oil change and tire rotation was complementary for the first time. They told me that when I bought the car overall I think service should have more help more knowledgeable mechanics, and the service person that writes down what you’re there for needs to be more knowledgeable because what I asked to have done was not More

Had a 8:00am appt, didn't get checked in until 8:30 due to a line. What's the point of an appointment? Service advisor was rude and had no idea why I was there for even though it was in the notes. Took all to a line. What's the point of an appointment? Service advisor was rude and had no idea why I was there for even though it was in the notes. Took all day to complete the repair and guess what???? Still not fixed!! My door still will not close all the way and I refuse to bring it back since this was a terrible experience all around. More
