Definitely got overcharged by this location I got a diagnostic and the service recommended from the diagnostic but still have to pay for both service costing me over $600 More

they did not communicate with me about the status of my vehicle. It was there for over 24 hours and i kept asking for status updates and i got none. It was only there for a software update. More
