Not a pleasant experience. When booking appt. I was told recall would take 2 hours, but when I arrived at 10:30am for my appt, Keira told me I would need to leave the vehicle When booking appt. I was told recall would take 2 hours, but when I arrived at 10:30am for my appt, Keira told me I would need to leave the vehicle overnight. She explained that the entire floor of the car needed to be pulled up so all seats taken out. Luckily an employee came by and when she asked him "it will be until tomorrow right?" He corrected her and said no it could be done today. She then says well we can get it done by 3pm. Then she was typing up my work order but also answering her phone, sending voice texts and I noticed my check in with her was taking longer than the other reps. Then after she printed my order she seemed confused and passed the papers to another agent but those were actually my work order. She was just over multitasking, making mistakes and taking way longer checking me in than necessary. Another client returned and was behind me and she also addressed him asking where was the tag she gave him. If you have someone you are working with, then please take care of them from beginning to end before taking care of the next person. And check with the service employees about the time the recall would take before incorrectly telling us for it to stay overnight. I live 40 minutes away and it would have been extremely inconvenient to have someone get me there and back. More
