The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the buying expeirence in the laid back atmosphere. I then had to return and the original deal I agreed to had changed when the results from the bank came back, This was not any one person's fault, but an agreed upon deal is an agreed upon deal. Overall, my experience was excellent. I have visited Kia West multiple times for oil changes and each time Jonathan Casiano has helped me. When I arrived at Orlando Kia West I was approached by Duric Vahid (a sales consultant) who came from the back and asked me if anyone has helped me. I was not ready to purchase at that very moment so I left. He gave me his personal phone number and later that day he continued to answer all my question. The whole time he was respectful and courteous. The next day I was ready to purchase my vehicle and I met with Hicham Belharsa, (Finance Manger) it was pretty busy that day (saturday) so he enlisted the aid of David Andrews (Finance Manager) to get my application started so I wouldn't have to wait a long time. David started the application process and explained everything to me. I had him in the past and he was awesome. Hicham finished the majority of the application and made it a seamless enjoyable process. He made sure I knew what I was paying for and that I understood all my warranties. All in all I am extremely satisfied with my interest rate and the level of customer service I received from these 3 gentlemen.
