I had been in contact with Eric via phone for over a month before purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul. I happened to pop in to the dealer after work, 30 minutes before he was supposed to get off work and he sta month before purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul. I happened to pop in to the dealer after work, 30 minutes before he was supposed to get off work and he stayed for an additional 3 hours to help me through the process. He was so supportive, patient and even worked to honor the original Internet price on the car. At no point did I feel pressured or mistreated during the process. Despite shopping with my husband and 3 young children, Eric and the other associates helped make the process comfortable and painless. Because I shopped late on a Friday and banks were closed, I was able to take the car home on a conditional contract without completing financing or putting down any cash. When I returned the next day, David was able to lower my interest rate to keep my monthly payment under my max while offering GAP coverage and extended protection on the car, despite my less than perfect credit. I would definitely recommend Orlando Kia West to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Great people, low-pressure and an overall positive experience. More

Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but not at Orlando Kia west. Our salesman was Roberto. He is the best car salesman I have had in the 40 years I have been buying cars. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in; He also had a real personality not the one for customers only. He was friendly and straightforward. It truly was a no hassle experience .My wife decided she wanted a red car and Roberto went another lot to get one, this was after we had already made a deal on a different vehicle. When the process went past lunch time Roberto drove to a Subway and bought us sandwiches, who does that now days. We spent a short time with Alberto to finalize paperwork and he made the process go so smooth. We drove home in our new car feeling great instead of that sick feeling like we've been had. This dealership and its employees tops them all.
