We had read reports on the Soul, and because of our limited finances, we decided to go with it. MJ was extremely helpful and put us in a new Soul with a payment we could handle without breaking the bank. My wife and I were impressed by the lack of pressure sales tactics found in so many dealerships, and also in the service and attention to detail that MJ provided. We would definitely buy from him and Orlando Kia again. Orlando Kia is one of the best auto buying experiences I have had after many vehicle purchases. I would recommend anyone check them out if they are looking for a new vehicle. Well, where would I start. I recently visited Orlando Kia, when I say recently I mean day before yesterday. I was tired, exhausted, and honestly out of hope. I went into Orlando Kia and met Mr. Michael N Kia, when I say recently I mean day before yesterday. I was tired, exhausted, and honestly out of hope. I went into Orlando Kia and met Mr. Michael Neura. He introduced himself and we started the conversation with what was I looking to do that night. What kind of car are you looking to buy, are you here to view our cars... just a simple... how may I help YOU. I explained I had recently (day before) went to another dealer and was rejected; hands down, no pass go, no exemptions. That came after two weeks prior being called from my current dealer (who I was just about paid out) and told of a great offer they could give me, then turn me down. I had lost faith. Michael listened attentively and made a recommendation based on what my terms where. I explained I did not want to settle and he asked what did I have in mind... From that point forward, we went straight to the matter. I don't like sugar coating or playing games, I don't like my time waisted neither do I like waisting others time. I looked at what I wanted and we began the process. Michael was very knowledgeable, professional and willing to help. Well, for reasons beyond my control (or his) he asked if I would give him until the next morning to try and get some numbers looked at. Sure enough, early the next morning (not too early as to bother me), Mr. Neura followed through with his word. I was approved and ancious but nervous to come in to pick up my new car. I went in after work and it seems like everyone knew who I was there to see. Yes, I was there for a few hours but I was told so during our earlier conversation which made me be prepared for the wait. After a while I met Mr. Ahumada. Again, I was nervous for some reason scared I would not be able to take my car home. Mr. Ahumada was as well very professional, knowledgeable and kind to work with. We completed paperwork, he answered all my questions and half way through the evening I felt at ease, confident and empowered. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new vehicle. I have heard of all the nightmares of shopping for a vehicle... mine was far from it. I know what I want and it's that or I walk. I knew from the very first evening that Kia was the place where I would get my blessings. Now I am the proud owner of a 2013 Kia Soul thanks to both Michael and Mr. Ahumada. I met Mr. Gemoi Elliassaint a few weeks ago at a local Walmart via free advertisement on the company shirt. We discussed the possibility of purchasing a KIA for my husband. My husband and I visited your store yesterday supposedly to only look at some vehicles. A couple of hours later we were driving off the lot with a fully loaded 2013 KIA Sportage!!!!! Gemoi was by far the nicest car dealer sales rep that we have ever done business with. He has skills...no way had we intended to purchase a vehicle on yesterday. He was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Not only did he take his time to explain the features on our new vehicle, he also highlighted some of the pages in the many handbooks that he thought would be helpful to us in the future. We also had the opportunity to meet with Mr. David Andrews, who finalized our purchase by processing the financials and transferring of the tag to our new vehicle. Likewise, he was just as skillfull, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He really took his time and answered all of our questions regarding the different Warranty packages that were available to us. Mr Deleon was a very attentive person since I was not sure what I really wanted he had the patience to show me all what was available and what he can do for us. When we choose the car we thought we wanted and we were almost done closing the deal we changed our mind to buy another car, he was like there was no problem at all, which for me this showed me great customer service and he also showed me that he was willing to go out his way just to make sure we were approved & also he helped us with our car insurance. I did notice that he knew what he was talking about because any question we asked about the cars he would know what to say.
