Began my sales adventure at Orlando Kia West by first visiting their service department with my relatively new, at that time, 2002 Kia Sedona. After several not-so satisfying visits to my original sellin visiting their service department with my relatively new, at that time, 2002 Kia Sedona. After several not-so satisfying visits to my original selling dealers' service department, I decided to give Orlando Kia West a try. For several years,service cinsultants Luis Pabon and Steve Thomas ALWAYS took exceptional care of me, and they both really understand, and truly practice, customer service/satisfaction. Technician Terry Blackmon, understands the Kia line of automobiles completely, and his training, and mechanical expertise is top drawer.I learned to have complete confidence in the repair and service performed on my car by Terry. How do I know? I am a retired auto dealership service manager, and ALL of the aforementioned service personnel would have been a welcome asset to my service department. These men were the reason for me purchasing TWO new vehicles at the same time from West Colonial Kia, as good service is very important to me as it should be to all new car buyers. When it came time to buy new cars, I was introduced to Sales Manager Jonathan Daniel, who in turn, introduced me to Rabii Chatoui, sales consultant. Mr Chatoui answered all my questions, worked with me and Mr. Daniels to come up with a deal that satisfied my needs, and did it all without the usual salesman B.S., double talk, etc,etc. Had that occurred, I can assure you that I would have walked out of the showroom, and gone elsewhere. In closing the deal on a new Sedona Van, and a new Soul, Mr. David Andrews performed all the necessary paperwork, explaining all the now-necessary legal jargon, options on warranties, binding factory warranties, title/tag transfer paper work, etc, and did it all gracefully and patiently. I know I drove him crazy with some of the questions! All I can say, is that this was probably the most "painless" auto purchase I have ever experienced, and left there feeling like I was treated very well, and got a good deal. I had an amazing experience buying my new car! I really wanted to get back into a KIA. It was the best quality I've ever had in an economy vehicle. Michelle and I had been emailing back and forth and she w wanted to get back into a KIA. It was the best quality I've ever had in an economy vehicle. Michelle and I had been emailing back and forth and she was great. I liked the fact that there was never any pressure. She was so helpful and available without ever pushing like so many places I had dealt with in the past. I knew she was the person to help me. I got to the dealership and she was even better in person! She was sincerely interested in helping me find what I wanted, NOT what they needed to sell that day. She got Vahid to help me and together they got me into a better car than I thought I could afford, at a deal I knew I couldn't pass up. I was in a cheaply made vehicle, I was upside down on my loan really bad, and I do not have great credit. None of that mattered! Michelle and Vahid were ready to get me a great deal, and they did! I never dreamed I would be driving a beautiful new Forte off the lot. I am so happy with this purchase and the car is so much better than I even expected.
