The first positive experience EVER with a dealership and salesperson. I'd always dreaded talking to car salespersons, but from MJ's first approach, I felt respected and comfortable. I chose to go for a test drive at this dealership based on proximity to where I live and the ratings I read here at DealerRater, but this dealership earned my trust once I arrived. I hadn't even planned on purchasing yet, but MJ was so knowledgeable about the product and his genuine excitement over each and every feature made it impossible for me not to fall in love, too! Even the finance guy, Alberto, was amazing. In the past, the finance guy always managed to make me feel inferior, and this was when my credit score was much higher. Alberto had my less-than-stellar credit report in front of him but never did I feel disrespected. These guys are true professionals who will respect you as a potential customer. Kudos to all who work there, including the lovely lady at Reception who makes the yummy treats! More
