In March of '07,I was up late channel surfing when I saw this crazy Kia commercial with all the employees acting a fool. Strange advertising but that's why I went there in the first place. I liked that they were having fun and thought if I buy a car I would like to go there.. so I did. March 18, 2007 I bought a 2007 Kia Optima. It's been a wonderful car and hated to switch but with gas prices, I needed to. While having my Optima serviced several months ago, "V" stopped to chat, he was kind, friendly and gave me his card. He remembered seeing me at my former job, where his friend had worked for a time. When I decided to trade my 1st Kia for a 2nd Kia I contacted "V". He is nice, honest and comfortable to deal with. My daughter is interested in a Rio and her father wants an Optima! I appreciated the finance manager too, he was very nice, knowledgable answering all my questions. I am happy with my choice and for their assistance. I'm divorced and not being taken advantage of is a good feeling! Besides the above, the car is just what I need and very comfy. He was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel the high pressure to buy which I really appreciated. I do not like being rushed into a decision and he let me have the time I needed to be comfortable with my decision and I really appreciated it. I LOVE my new 2011 Kia Soul!! It is a marvelous vehicle with a lot of wonderful options.
