I had an appt. for an oil change. Jesse told me it would take 2-3 hours. It took 3 hrs & 10 minutes. Why does it take so long? That is ridiculous! The manager in for an oil change. The dealership itself has a few issues with wait times and communication. The manager Mark is not pleasant to speak with and comes off very rude if you’re asking clarifying questions.
