From the the moment I called to make the appointment Julie was warm and kind. On the day of the appointment Tony listen to all my concerns,then explain the process of the work that would be done to my v Julie was warm and kind. On the day of the appointment Tony listen to all my concerns,then explain the process of the work that would be done to my vehicle. Most importantly I had problems walking due to some ongoing pain, I asked Tony from the service department to help me over to the waiting area he helped me with no hesitation and came back three hours later to take me to my vehicle. I'm so grateful to him. I live in lake county thirty minutes from the KIA of Clermont and had no desire of stopping there because their customer service are disgusting. Overall my experience was good 💯 More
