I love the car but the buying process was a nightmare. I went in, told them I will buy this car today, here's my paid off trade in, I'm putting $5k cash down, I want to finance the rest @ 48 months, my cr I went in, told them I will buy this car today, here's my paid off trade in, I'm putting $5k cash down, I want to finance the rest @ 48 months, my credit score is >800. The process still took 3hrs, most of which I spent waiting, reading old magazines. I was given no training on all the features of the car, although the salesman made me watch him click all the boxes that said he showed me how to use everything. I live an hour away so coming back the next day was not convenient. As much as I love the car, I would not recommend to anyone they buy from a KIA dealership as I had a similar bad experience at my local KIA dealer, did not buy from them, drove the hour to Greenway only to find the terrible purchase process is apparently acceptable to KIA everywhere. More

It was a little difficult to get ahold of Brain through the automated phone system. Had to call and hit number 2 to get to the actual service department (status of vehicle in service) to get to Brian. Has the automated phone system. They told me for 3 months they had emailed him and he said he never got one. Brian then told me it is a central call center that reaches out to the dealership or around that matter. Anyway Brian did great and was very helpful and got the resolve I was looking for. Thank you Brian! More

Dealership was honest with their advertising. Offered low on trade in (as expected), but came up to a reasonable offer. No pressure to buy packages we didn’t want.
