Y’all have heard this story before. Service shops are legal thieves. Don’t bother coming with no coupon because you’ll NEVER get the discount you’re due. I had the worst experience at this location. I dropped my vehicle off on Dec.11 and my service advisor never kept in touch with me about the diagnosis of my vehicle at all. When I did hear from hear I was that they need to replace my radiator fan was 1,400 dollars. After, that she told I need a thermostat. My car was ther for another 5 days 😪. I finally go pick up my car they charged me 3% for using my credit card. They pull car out it was dirty with a flat tire. Then they didn't wanna put air in the tire nor clean it. This is the worst location I've ever visited. More

Greenway Kia West does a solid job. Tony has been outstanding to work with and always returns my email communication. The schedule for service and repairs is always flexible. The porter Tony has been outstanding to work with and always returns my email communication. The schedule for service and repairs is always flexible. The porter staff greets you right away and gets you checked in within a minute of speaking with you. The waiting area is comfortable and the service manager comes by to check on everyone.
