Greenway Kia West is one of the most disappointing dealerships I’ve encountered, particularly their service department. While a few service advisors provide exceptional service, Elizabeth and Mark, th dealerships I’ve encountered, particularly their service department. While a few service advisors provide exceptional service, Elizabeth and Mark, the service manager, fall far short of customer-oriented professionalism. Mark comes across as hostile, and despite being there for two years, Elizabeth still lacks the expertise expected, leaving customers feeling taken advantage of. More

Worst experience ever! I have never been in A situation where I felt like I was begging to spend my money, up until this experience . The process took forever. My last visit was extremely poor you had my car for a week and every time I called for update could never get Elizabeth on the phone and would not call back. Then when I did pick up my car she tells me t week and every time I called for update could never get Elizabeth on the phone and would not call back. Then when I did pick up my car she tells me there is a small oil leak in valve cover. One of the main reasons it was there in the first place. So NO I am not happy with your service this trip and will be looking elsewhere for a place to repair my car. Thanks for nothing More

I bought my Telluride at Kia West in 2023, after Kia of Clermont told me they couldn’t find the exact Telly I wanted and couldn’t help me,, I called Kia West after leaving there disappointed, and they foun Clermont told me they couldn’t find the exact Telly I wanted and couldn’t help me,, I called Kia West after leaving there disappointed, and they found one for me! I didn’t want to lose it so ran down put down money and signed paperwork to secure it. It was supposed to be a six week wait, it came in early (on my birthday) and they drove to another dealership to pick it up! (Happy Birthday to me) I had some problems with my car and took it to a dealership closer to home. Kia of Clermont ( I should have known better) I had it back to that dealership several time and they could not figure out the problem. Decided to go back to Kia West, first visit the figured it out and fixed the problem!! Never taking my Telly any where else! Great customer service and a great experience.! More
