Came in for scheduled maintenance service by appointment. Was told about the recall so I opted to have it done since my car would already be there. Things happen, I know but I was made aware that the service techs broke something on my car. I was offered a rental but the status of my car was never communicated to me. I always had to call or come to the dealership to find out what was going on. When I got my car back, the battery was completely dead. I had to end up getting a new battery. Yes, Kia did something to affect my battery. My car records. I saw them doing something with my battery at least twice… jumping it off or jumping another car off… not completely sure. I do know I had no issues with my battery before bringing it in. More
I like Kia when ever i have a problem with my Kia i always bring it to them andbthey alway take care of my car and the service people are very polite my service tech was Tony who was very helpful always bring it to them andbthey alway take care of my car and the service people are very polite my service tech was Tony who was very helpful with keeping us informed about my car every step of the way Thank you Tony He also was very nice and very professional andbalso Ms.Jody who i spoke to over the phone wsd very polite and very good at her job over the phone getting me to the right people when i had a question if Tony was busy overall I think Kia is a great company I have been a customer for a long time. I needed to take in my 2024 seltos for an issue with my radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call me within two hours. AND SHE DID! She informed me that they wanted to keep the car while waiting for the part so that it did not overheat. I explained to her that was my only form of transportation, and she got me into a rental.
