Long waiting time-3 hours -for tire re-balance and tire repair. Tires balanced incorrectly in August. Just drove over 70 mph the other day so shaking front end. left my car for oil change early on Friday, they tell me if they got the part for the recall they will change it and will be done by 2pm. take uber to my home and the representative Marty never contact me w if they got the part for the recall they will change it and will be done by 2pm. take uber to my home and the representative Marty never contact me when they done job, I try texting to the number provided and nobody answer also call and nothing, I spend the weekend paying for Uber and friend to pick me up to do my stuff. I got the car back on Monday morning because I went to the dealer and ask for my car, I was calling all weekend but they never respond back to my call, also charging $100 for the service, what service? last time with Greenway. Buyer beware! this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection peri this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection period and was told if there were any major issues in the next few days they would take care of me. To my surprise, the vehicle started shaking on the drive home. I hadn't owned it for an hour and had $3,800 in repairs were required. When I was able to speak with them on the following Monday I was told too bad you negotiated the price to not include our extra fees so we can't do anything. More
