Decent dealership, but there is an egregious “dealer fee” of about $5,000 that is a complete scam. I was able to get it down significantly, but it’s totally predatory if you don’t know what you’re doing. Muh of about $5,000 that is a complete scam. Probably the worst car buying experience in my life. First, they sold me a used car and it turned out to already be rusting. Mind you this car had less than 5,000 miles and was sold new in Feb. When I tried to return the vehicle they refused to refund my deposit, forcing me to either loose my deposit or purchase a new car. I finally got my new car, but the features they said the car had were only available as an upsell. Not included as the sales person said. Lastly, the EV vehicle that I purchased in the end didn’t even have the charger. They were nice enough to send that along when I called them. Overall, poor experience from the initial contact. More
