Fantastic price, beat other dealerships by the thousands. New vehicle was waiting, no gimmicks. The final price was tremendous, justifying driving two hours to the dealership. Our unbelievable salesman, Kerem Cakman, spent hours on the phone, trying to get the best price for our trade and price reduction on the new vehicle, a 2024 Sorento EX. He investigated all rebates, financing specials, etc., to finally provide a ridiculous price. This is our second Sorento purchased for Greenway Kia West in four years. Upon arrival at the dealership, Kerem welcomed us, leading us to the vehicle. He described all the features and later helped us link our phone. Kerem wanted to be certain that we wanted the vehicle and he would understand if we declined to move forward. The opposite was true, the new Sorento was beautiful, washed and vacuumed. Our meeting with the finance officer, Diego, was pleasant, void of hard sell tactics to purchase dealer options. The paperwork was completed in less than thirty minutes. He honored the agreed upon price without any hassle. We would definitely recommend Greenway Kia West to others. We intend to purchase our next vehicle at their dealership. More

This experience. Service manager M. Foster rude. My 1st time speaking with him in the 1st 2mins he was rude. I drove my car to Kia for a recall 1hr Service. And 32 da Service manager M. Foster rude.
