I am honestly disgusted by your customer service. I was sold a car last year that was an unreasonable amount of money. I shared that it was not affordable for me a teacher, and I was promised that wi I was sold a car last year that was an unreasonable amount of money. I shared that it was not affordable for me a teacher, and I was promised that within a few months I would be able to get into another vehicle at a lower price. Every time you all email me and say we would like to purchase your vehicle you all quote me an email for ridiculous and outrageous amount that I’m not able to afford. I will never ever again purchase another Kia vehicle from you all. More

This dealership is one big scam and the people are so inconsiderate and rude. They make you sign for things without reading them, and make you feel like an absolute idiot. I will NEVER return here or buy inconsiderate and rude. They make you sign for things without reading them, and make you feel like an absolute idiot. I will NEVER return here or buy another car from them. They are sketchy, unreliable and incompetent; they add on unnecessary fees and warranties. And no return policy??!! I have never had longer wait times or had to drive out over a WEEK later to sign more paperwork that they don’t even print for you they just scroll through and have you sign and then roll their eyes when I say I want to actually read it!!! I have never hated an experience more!! I have purchased Kia’s in the past and the dealership in Melbourne FL is WAY nicer and more helpful then these xxxxxxxx. More
