Probably my worst experience in a dealership. Three times trying to fix an odd and annoying suspension noise on my 2023 Kia forte. First time, not able to duplicate my concerns, guys if you park the vehicle you're gonna hear the problem I promise. Second time they set my appointment but that day their Master tech was absent, so nobody was certified to check my car. Suddenly a service advisor came to me to tell me it's a tire noise! Really??? Oh almost forgot, they ruined my headliner with grease!!! I really like Kia, it's my fourth car Ina row and I really believe the brand deserve better dealerships. Poor experience! More

Service advisor Elizabeth was awesome and helped me keep costs at a minimum to get my Sorento’s issues resolved! I did ask for the team to look at my ABS and Collision avoidance system due to the warning lights being on but time ran out so I had to go back a second time the following week. Arrive advisor Marty was quick to get me in the queue during the visit and only took an hour to diagnose the problem. Sadly the parts needed to remedy the issue needed to be ordered so I’ll have to go back a third time but hopefully that visit will be swift as well! More
