When scammers and rejections ruined my week, Lawrence Matthys and John in Finance saved me. I tried Everything to get a car because I was sure I wouldn't get financed. After 4 possibilities fell thru for one reason or another, Lawrence and John succeeded. I came in, test-drove, and signed the paperwork in under an hour. I HAVE A CAR! I had a great experince with the service center. I have had and ongoing issue with my windshield wipers and each time the service center has taken care of my issue. When my new car, with 1000 miles on it, wouldn’t start, I called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought my car back to my house and said the battery had to be replaced, which surprised me because it’s a new car. It appears that the service man checked everything else out, and it appears to be in good shape. Thank you for handling this so promptly and getting the car back to me quickly. More
