I came in yesterday for my scheduled, easy oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later it was finally done. They did change my air filter however (That’s a three minute job). Went to use my windshield wash tire rotation. 2.5 hours later it was finally done. They did change my air filter however (That’s a three minute job). Went to use my windshield washer today….bone dry. Hey, for $170.00, the least you could do is part with some washer fluid! More

I walked in with my pre-approval in hand so things went pretty smoothly. I understand it’s their job to try to upsell things like warranty but I didn’t appreciate when they bumped the interest rate.
