There was never any refusal to look into the vehicle for diagnostic. At that point in time our service bays were full. We were more than willing to accommodate diagnostics when the next available service slot was open. You asked to step away to make a phone call and never returned. We value all of our customers and work diligently to keep our promise times for appointments. With that being said we do our best to work in unscheduled repair/diagnostic within our means.
