Recall work was fine. Later, the same day, Transmission Trouble alert came in, and I drove back to dealership, as previously advised by them following transmission service Later, the same day, Transmission Trouble alert came in, and I drove back to dealership, as previously advised by them following transmission service. Service department refused to plug-in the diagnostic tool/device/machine unless I left my car running in the parking lot, unattended and unlocked, for (his guess) “at least an hour,” without even checking to see if the machine was currently being used. Dropped my car off at 10:50a for a 11a oil change and tire rotation. At 4:30p I attempted to call for an ETA, no answer and received a option to text, so I did and still no response. I showed up at 5:00p and stood at the desk and no one looked up or asked me if I needed help until another gentleman walked through and finally asked me. He stated they had recommendations to change the air filter. I approved told it would be 30 minutes more. I finally left at 6p for an oil change and tire rotation it took 6 1/2 hrs. More

They did not tell me I had rewards to help pay for my oil change and also did not mention I had a free detail services.
