I sent this message to the salesman a couple Weeks after the sale and have not received an answer. Overall the service was great. JR and Kyle were wonderful. Just wish I had received a response to the service issues. ——— Hey JR, never heard from Kyle. I just wanted to let him know I took the Jeep in for some front end concern. It jerked a lot on the drive back. I changed the tires and it still was acting funny. Anyway, it needs about $600 in parts alone, all tie rods ends, traction bar, alignment and so on. Bout $1000 all together. Oh yeah and front brakes too. I’m not contacting y’all to xxxxx, just to let you know when the guys here inspected it, they saw it right away and wanted y’all to be aware for your inspection process. More
Our salesman Stephan was great! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, fun, and not pushy. We had an issue after purchase, headlights didn't work and he was the only one in communication with us regarding knowledgeable, fun, and not pushy. I had to make all calls to the service department, they never once reached out to give us updates and when I did call them they acted as if I was the bad guy! Customer service in the service department was awful! I would rate our salesman a 5 star, service gets a fat 0! More
