Bought a 2018 Camry, upon I inspection realized the car had two front tires on wear bands. Also could tell the car was in a accident which they never mentioned. Still got a fair deal on the car so I wasn’t had two front tires on wear bands. Also could tell the car was in a accident which they never mentioned. Still got a fair deal on the car so I wasn’t too upset. However the salesman Paul Ash offered to replace the two front tires with “used” tires. I agreed and it was in writing to replace the front tires. After 3 weeks of calling Paul weekly he kept telling me he couldn’t find 235/45/18 tires. He also stopped answering my calls or texts. After calling someone else at the dealer they finally I was set up with two new tires. So in the end it worked out alright. But 3 weeks for tires in unsafe condition is a bit ridiculous, I had already ordered 4 new tires the day before so I was out $600+.. So I’m not sure it’s the dealer to blame, but the car should’ve never passed state inspection with the tires either. More
