We came in prepared with a budget, general idea of the car we were looking for, and timeframe to get our purchase co I highly recommend Jacob Sowder. We came in prepared with a budget, general idea of the car we were looking for, and timeframe to get our purchase complete. He took the information we gave him, and offered up a number of options. He LISTENED when we said no instead of trying to talk us into the options that we told him we weren't interested in up front. After we test drove the car he recommended, my daughter was still a bit hesitant. He was able to give her an incredible amount of detailed information on the car, and answered every question we had without having to research it. I was impressed by his overall knowledge, and by him being up front about everything! There was never any annoying pressure or feeling of being talked into anything we were uncomfortable with. John Hunt, the Business Manager that worked with us to finalize our purchase paperwork was awesome as well. He knew his stuff, and I greatly appreciated his efficiency in getting our paperwork finalized in record time. Both of these gentlemen were a true pleasure to work with, and made a Mom/Daughter duo feel comfortable purchasing a car without a male influence there on our behalf. We appreciate this very much! No follow through once the sale has been made I purchased a certified used 2017 Accord on July 7. There were a few things that needed to be done as per the purchase agreement. I called and asked the sales associate if I should fill out an online application on the website and was informed yes I could. Denial letter sent to my email, then I was told come on in we can work with yo out an online application on the website and was informed yes I could. Took 3 hours to purchase. Not sure the hold up. Then when ready to leave had to wait for dealer tags to be put on and that could have clearly been done when we signed. More
