I recently purchased a vehicle from the GregMay Honda Dealership and unfortunately I will not recommend them. I identified a safety concern on the car I wanted to buy and a was told and shown in writing Dealership and unfortunately I will not recommend them. I identified a safety concern on the car I wanted to buy and a was told and shown in writing that they will get it fixed. After about a week of being told the part was ordered, then it was the wrong part, then being told it was fixed, only to be told they only replaced the broken parts upon me telling them it was still not fixed. I have received no follow-up on me texts or contact to fix the same work they said they'd do. So unfortunately I cant recommend them to anyone since this is something simple that couldn't get completed. I dont understand how it's a good practice to not do what you say you'll do and even lie about it... I guess if you do buy something from them buy it brand new, or bring your own mechanic and liaison. The salesman was nice... but I suggest getting someone that will follow up and ensure the work is go. Go elsewhere. More
