I would say my experience was sub par. I drove 6+ hours to pick up a car I had purchased online. When I arrived my salesman was working with someone, he handed me the keys and told me to take it for a driv to pick up a car I had purchased online. When I arrived my salesman was working with someone, he handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive, so I did. When I got back my salesman was still working with the other customer. My salesman told me another guy would be handling my stuff from here. The second guy asked (as he got my paperwork together) if everything had gone okay? I told him I had a few issues. The ad stated the car was in perfect condition with NEW tires. One, the cover to the OBDII port was broken off. Second, my bestest issue, the tires were badly worn. One even had a piece missing from the sidewall. He then asked, well have you talked to your salesman about it? To which I said no because he's been working with someone else and handed me off to you. I wasn't wasn't going to let these issues stop my purchase. Even though new tires for this car are $1,400. However, it was definitely a misleading ad and no actions were taken to right their wrong.
