Disappointed Allen has always been my service tech contact yet he was not working this past Saturday. I had an 8am appt for a simple oil change. By 9am they still hadn’t started and then didn’t have the filter for my car. The appt was made a week in advance. I left at 10am having to hurry due to another engagement. I spoke to Lawrence and the service manager explaining that they knew I was coming in and it should not take 2 hrs. They comped my appt Thank you but disappointed. More
