Fixed AC issues. my HRV is a year-and-a-half old. This is the third time I've had to take it in with AC issues. This last time Trent, the service manager, took a ride my HRV is a year-and-a-half old. This is the third time I've had to take it in with AC issues. This last time Trent, the service manager, took a ride with me gauge the temperature my AC was getting and realized it was not within specs. They gave me a loaner car they had my car for an entire week. Both Trent and Allan went above and beyond to make sure my car most perfect when I got it back.
