Excellent Customer Service I worked with Allen in the Service Department, and he was excellent with respect to explaining my service options for my vehicle and my daughters vehi I worked with Allen in the Service Department, and he was excellent with respect to explaining my service options for my vehicle and my daughters vehicle. One car had a timing belt and the other had a timing chain which makes a difference in how the vehicle is maintained. Allen was competent and easy to understand and work with. He also helped me a while back with my Honda Odyssey transmission. More

Simple oil change I attempted to make an appointment for my new 2019 Honda Oddessy on Thursday evening for the next day. I when online because I thought it would be ver I attempted to make an appointment for my new 2019 Honda Oddessy on Thursday evening for the next day. I when online because I thought it would be very convenient and easy. To my surprise the system wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment for an oil change for Friday, which was my day off from work. However, it did allow me to make an appointment for Saturday at 8:15am. Friday morning I decided to go in to the service department to see if they could get the oil change done, I was told that they would but I have to leave my vehicle all day. That was not part of my plan for that day, so I decided to keep my appointment for Saturday morning. Saturday morning I was there a few minutes before my appointment. I was greeted and asked if I needed a ride home. I told them that I had decided to wait at the dealership because an oil change should not take that long since I had an appointment for 8:15am. The technician told me that my vehicle was promised for 3:30 pm Now, why would an oil change would take that long. She told me because I have requested a ride home! I explain her that I didn’t want to leave my vehicle all day the day prior and I wasn’t going to leave it there all day since I had an appointment and my family was waiting for me. She told me that there were like 4 vehicles in front of me and that Friday and Saturday were very busy days. Look, that is not my problem or concern, if you don’t have enough technicians to complete services on a reasonable amount of time, then you have two choices: only schedule the vehicles you can service in a reasonable time or hired more technicians! I wanted to do a tire rotation but I will need to schedule an appointment for that. I hope this feedback helps you to provide better service! More
