I had made an appt for 1:30 on a weekday to have an issue looked at on my car. When I got there they told me they couldn't even diagnose it that day so I'd be dropping it off and they'd get back with me wit looked at on my car. When I got there they told me they couldn't even diagnose it that day so I'd be dropping it off and they'd get back with me within the next day or two. I don't even know what appointments are for if they don't do anything with the vehicle at that time. I did get a call within the promised 48 hr period to let me know the issue and I had my car back within a reasonable amount of time but it's just irritating as I had to get a rental in the meantime, unexpectedly. More

We were charged $155 to diagnose a bad alternator? ? I asked to at least charge the battery so we could drive it home. 8 years as a loyal customer with the hope of getting a durable vehicle and good se ? I am just sad we got a lemon, the car didn't make it to 100K miles (dropped 5k just a few months ago for major engine repairs). Maybe we were just unlucky, but based on our experience I can't do anything else with Greg May or Honda. More
