This rating is not due to the customer service, but rather the diagnostic results. I reported an intermittent failure regarding the brake system light on the dashboard. I had already discovered that ju rather the diagnostic results. I reported an intermittent failure regarding the brake system light on the dashboard. I had already discovered that jump-starting the car would start the gasoline engine and clear the light (my car is a hybrid). Resolving this is critical for me because I take long trips; I’ve already had to call roadside assistance once when the car failed at a rest area. I waited two hours just for them to jump-start the battery. The day I brought the car to you, the battery test showed a failure with a reading of 10.8 volts (you can verify this in your records). A healthy battery should be at 12.6 volts, or at least not drop below 12 volts. I was told the vehicle showed no faults and everything was fine, but obviously, if the battery is at 10.8 volts, the vehicle is NOT fine. My vehicle is under warranty, and it is not right to wait for a major breakdown before fixing it; this is about preventative maintenance. I have read that this is a common issue with the 2023-2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid, and unfortunately, it is happening to mine. More

He never responded to me telling me that it was not available because of my credit rating. Which was only a few points off. He got me to the signing that I was need to build my credit to tell me I did get my discount because of my credit and he never told me that to even give the opportunity to negotiate anything. I was so mad that your fricken financial guy was trying to sell me all your warranties and I was was telling him I don’t want nothing and he kept pushing to the point I was saying I don’t want nothing from you. And he was a xxxxxx off finance manager who was disrespectful as xxxx. Your team gave me a discount and xxxxed me in the end and never brought it to me to be able to negotiate anything and I’m xxxxxx as a mf because I came to you for an opportunity to build my credit because we have alway paid cash for everything. lol I have enough money to buy 25 cars off you lot. And your sales rep didn’t even have the xxxxx to inform me of nothing. Matter of fact he new it and hid it and took me like I was hard up and charity case. lol like he was my savior to build my credit lol. xxxx off xxxx you you a typical dealership with people who xxxx people every xxxxing day.
