After we told him the car we were looking for he went and found it and brought it for a test drive. After, we went in and spoke with Andrew Suvanvej and Fred we negotiated the deal. They were extremely friendly and not pushy and it was a much better situation than I have had in the past with buying new cars. I did not feel pressured at all. After, William Hatton finished the paperwork and we were able to drive the car home on a Sunday. They were all great to work with and I would go back to Gresham Dodge and buy my next car. After several tries the problem couldn't be fixed and the manager (Tim) together with Chrysler warranty, decided to replace it with a new one (In a box). After replacing it, got home and next day I found out this was a broken one. Got it back to the Gresham Dodge and they said that there was a defected solenoid. All fixed, they said. It was not fixed. I Went back and Jim said the original problem was not the transmission but a loose hose clamp from the cooling system and the "new transmission in a box" was actually a used one. Now I got stuck with a broken transmission on my $45,000 truck. How can I trust these people? They lied to me, I will never go back there again. More
After going to several dealers, we decided to go to Gresham Dodge since we were extremely interested in a Dodge Journey. We did have a problem with the headlights about a week after the purchase but that was quickly taken care of at their service department. Our 2010 Dodge Journey is perfect for our family and we are still amazed about how smooth and comfortable it is out on the road. More
When I arrived on the lot, Gregory came out to greet me and I thought great, here comes the salesman. Another salesman, Burt came out and chatted, very freindly and talked about my truck and how well kept it was. Made me feel very good about the way I maintain my vehicles. Then Andrew came out and observed my truck and we started talking about what it was I was looking for, about the good price I would be given for my truck, "IF" I decided to trade it, because I was still looking. Andrew and I hit it off right from the start. He spend a lot of time with me, listened, and allowed me to build the desire to buy a new truck. Poor Gregory, he was so nice, that he deferred me to Andrew and went back inside. When I asked him if I had done or said something to make him leave, he said, "No, you just had a lot of sales people around (all looking at my 2003 Ram) that I didn't want you to feel over whelmed. Wow, How's that, my feelings were considered. Andrew asked the buying question, I said I had to talk with my wife, he said OK. I left came back that evening with my wife. Andrew then started to include her in the decision about the truck. My wife hit it off with him too! What a personalable guy! We finally decided (on a truck not even previously considered, but had Everything we wanted - We didn't have to settle), we then met Troy ("Lefty"), Sales Manager(?), who test drove my Ram, and Will the Finance Manager. I told them my finances, what I could afford and they applied every discount and rebate they could and even gave me Top $$$ for my trade in, plus, Will got me a GREAT interest rate. They didn't push any extras on me either. Overall, my sales experience with Gresham Dodge was Great. More
I am suprised to see such bad reviews. I worked with Andy over the internet and at the time was dealing with any and eveyone in portland. Andy was the most helpful dealer I have ever worked with. I told him that I know the game and that I'm playing it--get me financed and if not, don't jerk me around. He had the best deal and the best way to get my financing taken care of--while other dealers, esp. Wilsonville were still jerking around calling in my credit report to everyone under the sun and making it worse by making a bazillion inquireies. I have had many new cars. I told him that my wife was not going to stand form coming in and playng the "what do you want you payments to be" and all the BS. Here is the car I want. give me your price. get the financing done and i want to out of here in like an hour--or forget it. personally I will never set foot cold turkey onto a car lot expecting to purchase anything ever again. I have been jerked around way to many times. ANDY ROCKS and so does Jason in parts department. I got the new Green with Envy challenger that other dealerships are marking up 10K over dealer MSRP for what it should cost--about $47k. No BS. I would highly recommend Andy and Jason. can't speak for the rest of them, and i don't want to deal with anyone else but him if you call, tell him i sent you Teri More

The sales staff, especially Andrew and Greg, are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we actually enjoy doing business with them. Jason and Eric, in parts and service, are always upbeat and able to assist with whatever our needs are. I also appreciated the few times we were able to work with Will who took care of our creative financing needs. I would certainly recommend this dealership to a friend or family member and look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
Just recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger,This place is awsome. The entire staff is laid back and non pushy. They gave me more for trade, Beat all others prices and had the best selection. Went into this dealership a few weeks ago to buy a new truck. The salesmen didn't have a clue about the truck. 10 min online and I was more informed. I am a cash buyer and I coudn't spend my money here. EC was a nice enough guy, but what a terrible listner. I would say I am looking for x and he would hear Y. The guy didn't listen to a xxxx thing I said, i told him I didn't need financing and yet he kept wanting to talk about the lowest possible payments. Unfortunatly, I was far more informed than this guy was on their Ram trucks. Coming from someone in sales, when someone is hot ready to buy, like I was, call a brother back, send an email, work for your deal man. Instead, they didn't do anything other than take me for a test drive when I walked onto the lot. I called back trying to get EC for one last chance a few days ago, got Bryan who said he wanted to help me. Asked about pricing on the internet price and how much wiggle room there was (as I had already gotten them down below sticker in early negotiations) he said there was none and never would be per the sales manager. Seriously guys, this dealership was 10 min from my house and instead I bought a Ram 1500 Big Horn from Tacoma because the guy was willing to just send me a few bids. I guarantee I will never visit here for service, this place is just a bear trap for unsuspecting buyers who want to get swindled and forced into something they didn't want. The bad news is for Gresham, is that I will be going up north to buy a Challanger in a month for my wife. Note to Gresham Dodge.. get it together man, get some decent knowledgable sales people. You would have had me for at least $65k had you been willing to make even the slightest effort. More
Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and I buy a new car every 3 years. They baited and switched the price on 5 different occasions, then called me a liar, and gave me attitude about and I buy a new car every 3 years. Poor selection, the worst customer service I've ever had and eventually I walked from the deal because they kept upping the price every time we talked. Judging by other ratings, it seems to be a trend. Buyer beware of this nightmare!!! More
