It’s unfortunate that the leadership at this dealership does not respect or take care of their customers. I am beyond frustrated with repeatedly receiving sales calls while my vehicle is in for service, pr does not respect or take care of their customers. I am beyond frustrated with repeatedly receiving sales calls while my vehicle is in for service, pressuring me to buy my car and sell me another—behavior that feels like used-car salesmanship and is completely unprofessional. This has been an ongoing issue. I have explicitly asked more than four times to never be called again, yet the calls continue. This shows a total disregard for customer requests and basic professionalism. Because of this persistent harassment and lack of respect, I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from Greico Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale. Their actions demonstrate consistent disrespect toward customers. More

We have on video the service guy, Allen, saying “f*** you” to us in front of other customers — absolutely unacceptable behavior. It’s shocking that management allows this level of disrespect.
