I've had to take my truck in 3 times for the same thing. 1st time 3 days, 2nd time approx a week and the last time 3 weeks..Total time A MONTH and only thing that was provided for the inconvenience was 4 oi 1st time 3 days, 2nd time approx a week and the last time 3 weeks..Total time A MONTH and only thing that was provided for the inconvenience was 4 oil changes and I already receive oil changes with my package. I DO NOT NEED MORE OIL CHANGES...the service rep was great nothing against him but the service outside of him has been terrible...Not happy at all and still nothing for the inconvenience More

Great service and very competitive pricing. Will definitely keep bringing my Silverado in for service. The only issue I have is with who ever drove my vehicle. Worse mistake I made for 2020!!! I waited 2hrs and 45mins for my car to be serviced, no one came and notified me that there was a delay and to explain why, I only became aware when I got up and go ask what h for my car to be serviced, no one came and notified me that there was a delay and to explain why, I only became aware when I got up and go ask what happened to my car while the WHITE PEOPLE waiting were being treated very well. When my car finally returned; the person did the paperwork was nowhere to be found for about 5 minutes, dirty, my brake cable was hanging down at the rear left wheel, oily hands marks on my door post, oil on my engine and on my grill.💔💔💔🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
