I bought my Chevy Traverse in September and one of the contracts is to provide all weather mats that I specifically had on my previous Chevy vehicle. It is now November and there have been simple miscommu contracts is to provide all weather mats that I specifically had on my previous Chevy vehicle. It is now November and there have been simple miscommunications that I made sure I communicated to Feliciano the order number... still wrong mats. Jonathan was responsible for getting the mats right and still... I have not received a call regarding my mats. Thank God this isn’t regarding a safety measure or my engine. I’m not impressed abs I have already contacted my friends not to go to Greico Chevy. More

I've had to take my truck in 3 times for the same thing. 1st time 3 days, 2nd time approx a week and the last time 3 weeks..Total time A MONTH and only thing that was provided for the inconvenience was 4 oi 1st time 3 days, 2nd time approx a week and the last time 3 weeks..Total time A MONTH and only thing that was provided for the inconvenience was 4 oil changes and I already receive oil changes with my package. I DO NOT NEED MORE OIL CHANGES...the service rep was great nothing against him but the service outside of him has been terrible...Not happy at all and still nothing for the inconvenience More
