Daniel Simon was my Sales person and he was very nice, friendly and he tried to assist me the best way he can. However I can't say the same for the finance department as they are not very forthcoming with friendly and he tried to assist me the best way he can. However I can't say the same for the finance department as they are not very forthcoming with the charges and fees. They gave me a a number which I was told is standard for tag, title, delivery charge and fees and I was happy because the vehicle price is where i was negotiating. I was too focused on the OTD pricing, I didn't realize they have inflated the vehicle price by $389 more than the published price.It was my fault as I should have paid attention to the details before signing but inflating over the published price for a profit is plain and simply unfair if not dishonest. More

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. I had not visited this particular dealership in a while because I had been unhappy there because of a bad experience, but this visit made u received. I do wish that my part had been ordered in advance so that all repairs could have been done in one day, but that the dealership provided me a ride home and offered me a ride back to the dealership makes up, for the most part, for that inconvenience.
