Went in for basic check up on my Silverado and pretty happy with vehicle service. Only issue witch was a big deal was because they knew I was i a hurry but had me waiting 40min just to pay for service happy with vehicle service. Only issue witch was a big deal was because they knew I was i a hurry but had me waiting 40min just to pay for service. I didn't wait for service but when they called they told me truck was ready. I get there 10 minutes after the call for pick up. Paperwork was not ready, and I find out I'm waiting 40 minutes to pay 800 dollars on 30 seconds of paperwork and for 2 people eating pizza. Take your break but dam! when you call a customer that truck is ready and know i was in hurry, all that was needed was to print paperwork and collect payment. Dam! I'd recommend for the work done but not customer service. More
