I had my oil change and after that my truck started to leak oil. I returned to get it repaired. While there your service advisor keeps coughing. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed given the fact that the corona virus Is all over the place. He walked pass me after driving and coughing in my vehicle and said “are you happy now?” And kept on walking. He sat in his cubical and keeps on coughing. Then he drove my vehicle back to the pick up area and I recorded him coughing repeatedly in my drivers seat as if he spitefully doing it. That’s not nice, and with the covid19 at a high stage, he’s coughing around customers and in their vehicle is irresponsible. I will alert the news media should I get sick. More
