I have been waiting since December to get my maintenance package refunded, after I sold the vehicle to another dealership 6 hours away. I was told 8-12 weeks and am still waiting. Brought car to get alignment. Charged me almost $200. Returned the car with damaged bolts and an incorrect alignment. Told me they’d refund me the money but they never did. I have had the worse Experience with this dealer , repairs done to my 2017 Colorado pick up.after 4 weeks it was there they said they removed my tranny and even gave me a invoice with work that was do repairs done to my 2017 Colorado pick up.after 4 weeks it was there they said they removed my tranny and even gave me a invoice with work that was done.i did check if my tranny was removed ,and it was very clear it was never touched.im a qualified diesel tech ,and I did inspect the work done ,I took it back for another 2 weeks hey did do work to it and now it’s leaking atf oil and it’s shifting worse then what it was from the start.im hopeless truck only has 51k and the deal lied from the start.they changed my tcm and it’s hanging in the hood bay,over the coolant lines.i even had to pay for my own rental for 2 weeks ,extended warranty repair.and still waiting on my rental Reimbursement.
