This dealership is the buy here, pay here lots of dealerships. The team here is not fit to even be recognized as a reputable Greico dealership. The GM Ron & manager Feliciano are a match made for providing the worst of worst customer service. After everything that went wrong, Feliciano never even had enough care to return a single phone call. Sabrina is right along with them, God forbid you call back too many times after never getting a returned phone call (I called 2x within 4 hours after waiting for a week for an update)she’ll make sure to tell how bothered she is with you calling. I purchased a used car, the deal itself went great, Daniel was great to work with and I truly feel sorry he has such a poor management. I was and am so disappointed with how crappy everything ended up being once the deal was sealed. Within 24 hours my service lights came on to service AWD, brakes & traction control. It ended up needing a new transmission, which after 2.5 weeks some how turned into only being a sensor. There was no communication made to keep me updated. I was overcharged $620 on my loan and Ron & Feliciano born were supposed to rectify that which was never done, when I spoke to the finance manager to get an update since Feliciano never followed up, he said the loan was already finalized and it couldn't be be fixed, Ron nor Feliciano ever mentioned anything about the mistake to him. I had to be issued a check which was a battle in itself as well to get that. Even with “just making a payment directly to the principal” it still doesn’t fix the fact that my monthly payments won’t change. Ron being the GM you’d think would care to apologize about the lack of communication and how horrid this experience turned up being for me but no, he couldn’t care any less which I see now is how Feliciano and Sabrina manage to keep a job. Damaged car during repair. Unresponsive and did not return calls. Had to drive to store to order part. Drive to store to get appointment.
