Traveled 5 hours to buy a used vehicle there. Still no title or plate transfer after 36 days now. I have left messages with three different people on multiple occasions with no return calls. The second key was supposed to be made by a company they use and now I'm suppose to pay for it in full at the audi dealer and hope the people who can't return calls refund me the bill. Salesman was great, every other aspect falls far from being anywhere I could recommend. Bought car at near full sticker even though it needed brakes all replaced and had mild cosmetic flaws.
