Thanks but I don't see how anything can change. I voiced my concerns with the salesperson soon after I took delivery and I was contacted by the VIP Manger on Saturday and I returned their call, left a message but never got a return call. My salesperson wanted to meet to go over the car but this was only after I let her know how disappointed I was with the entire transaction. I have retained the string of text messages that indicate the purchase price for the vehicle would be 55K and 30K for my trade. The salesperson sent me a link for the vehicle and the price was 53K on your site which included 2K buyers incentive. I was happy to pay that price but when time came to sign the paperwork the vehicle was 58K and then reduced to 55K plus with the incentives? I was happy with the price that was advertised on your web site, I was willing to pay what was on your web site but unfortunately I feel like I was upcharged and paid at least 2K more than I should have, again, my fault. Then after that expeirince I walk out to a vehicle not prepped for delivery. I would love to be a satisfied customer but not sure how that can happen. Thanks for your time.

I truly regret buying from this dealership. Zero customer service and I am sure future service issues will be a problem based on the reviews I have read. Don’t make the mistake I made go To another dealership.
