My overall experience with this service department was not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Mike however was exceptional in helping me, thou not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. The advisor that I assigned told me that the problem that I had with my car was possibly something that was not to be fixed by the service department. I all I need was my exhaust popped out of place & it nee I had with my car was possibly something that was not to be fixed by the service department.
