My overall experience with this service department was not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Excellent service! Omar Williams was extremely helpful and took care of us when we were in a touch situation. We were not from the area and our daughter had to have a heart procedure at Joe Dimagio hosp and took care of us when we were in a touch situation. We were not from the area and our daughter had to have a heart procedure at Joe Dimagio hospital. Our car broke down on the way to the hospital with a transmission issue. We had it towed to Greico and Omar get us in quickly due to our situation so we could get our car back in a day. More
